AMC advocates mediation as the premier means of resolving your dispute; mediation has proven to be the most efficient method for resolving disputes across the United States and Britain over the last ten years.

However, should you choose to proceed to arbitration after meeting with an AMC neutral, or decided to seek a binding decision following mediation AMC seeks to provide holistic solutions for settling your dispute.
