The dictionary includes the most used 309 terms in mediation and negotiation scholarship.
It offers a thorough explanation for each term, with examples in order to pave the way for Arab lawyers and ADR specialists to learn more about the field and to be familiar with these terminology.
The dictionary was first published January 2021 by the leading publishing house The Egyptian Lebanese.
The two authors are prominent judges and mediation experts with long experience in teaching ADR, practicing mediation, and designing mediation training programs in the Arab World.
